Please help us to help you! Our talented BarNet JADE editorial team offer free legal research training sessions. Of course, we cover the range of online legal research available; not just JADE. We provide training to groups of 1 to 20 legal professionals. The session can be tailored to your team’s particular requirements. It may also count for CPD points in some jurisdictions.

JADE Legal Research Training. We think JADE is really easy to use; but we know we can always improve. Your feedback is important to us. Let us answer your questions and help you to make the most of JADE. If you would like us to provide you with a face-to-face or a web-based session so you that can learn more about JADE, please email us to jade@barnet.com.au.

You may have noticed that some jurisdictions have briefly stopped updating.

Following AustLII’s recent decision to block JADE’s access to its repository of CaseLaw made available by Australian Courts and Tribunals through AustLII, we are working hard to restore access to affected Commonwealth, Queensland, South Australian, Tasmanian, and some Victorian decisions. At the same time, we are boosting coverage both in Australia and in the region, including New Zealand.

Legislation. Online. Reinvented. Our plans to revolutionise online access to legislation are progressing. But more about that in the next couple of weeks.

As ever, we have been concentrating on behind the scenes changes, including improved parsing of judgments within the JADE professional legal research platform.
